SHAM 69 UK/EURO TOUR ‘THE SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME’

NEW ALBUM ‘THE SUBTLE ACT OF VIOLENCE’ TRT007

So, it’s that time of year when things reflect what the world has to offer.

SHAM 69 again will tour UK and EUROPE to make a stand against the world going mad, but with their usual form of crash bang wallop.

The band have always maintained their mission to be a live working band and will bring you a great full set of songs old and new. Led by Tim V, who rescued the band from oblivion, along with Ian Whitewood and Al Campbell, and now the formidable Paul Brightman on guitar.

The new album isn’t the usual offering of Punk/Oi to suit the drones who’ve come out of retirement, it’s to suit the situation. Never afraid to confront issues or to offend, this about doing things for the right reasons, not because the ‘in crowd’ demand.

The world has always sat on the edge of doom, and now it’s closer to the edge and the band have placed this view on wax and CD and, for the modernists, ‘download’.

Staying true to their ethics and not being a old fart jukebox, the band want to bring you the strength and passion of ‘show’. Life’s too short…follow your belief not your masters.
